ASSOCIATES (CORPORATE)
Requirements:
Ideal candidate for this position must possess:
- Good command of English (Both written and spoken).
- Expected personality traits: a positive attitude, proactive, meticulous and willing to learn.
- Experience working on legal due diligence, merger and acquisition, equity and debt capital markets deals and/or fundraising transactions.
Lawyers who are newly qualified or with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
PARALEGAL (CORPORATE)
Requirements:
Ideal candidate for this position must possess:
- Must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent
- Have good command of English (both written and spoken)
- Be able to work for at least 3 months
