Shariah Matters

As for Syariah matters, the firm’s lawyers are capable of handling matters arising out of family disputes, matrimonial matters such as nikah, ruju’, talaq, fasakh, taqliq, khulu’ hadanah (custody) and other matters related thereto, preparation of will, will disputes, Hibah and stand as a defence counsel for Syariah criminal offences. We also provide counselling and Shariah Advisory for syariah matters cases. Shariah work constitutes approximately 65 percent ( 65%) of the firm’s practice.
